HighMark Capital Advisors is a select group of investment professionals that manages assets on behalf of high-net-worth individuals, retirement plans, foundations, and endowments. HighMark Capital Advisors is part of HighMark Capital Management, the investment management subsidiary of Union Bank, N.A.
- Kevin A. Rogers
- Senior Vice President and Managing Director of HighMark Capital Advisors
Kevin Rogers joined HighMark Capital Management in January 1994. He manages the investment, fiduciary, and asset gathering activities of HighMark Capital Advisors. Kevin is a member of HighMark's Investment Policy Committee and the Regional Investment Committee. He has more than 25 years of experience in the investment management industry. Prior to joining HighMark, Kevin spent ten years at Analytic Investors in both equity and fixed income senior portfolio management roles. Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Political Economy from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University.
- Craig Braemer, CFA

Craig joined HighMark Capital Management in 1994. Craig currently directs the investment strategies employed by HighMark Capital Advisors (HCA). He manages several equity strategies for the firm including HCA's Disciplined Equity model as well as Union Bank of California's Employee Benefit Income Equity Fund. Craig is a member of HighMark's Investment Policy Committee, Asset Allocation Committee, and chairs the Regional Investment Committee. Craig has more than 25 years of investment management experience. His previous positions include research analyst at Fisher Investments and manager of the Investment Advisory Service at RWB Advisory Services in San Jose, California. Craig received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting at California Polytechnic State University and a Master’s degree in Financial Services from Golden Gate University. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder.

Keith Forslund joined HighMark Capital Management in 2008. As senior portfolio manager, Keith is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations and non-profit organizations. In addition, Keith oversees the investment and fiduciary activities of the regional portfolio managers in the Pacific Northwest region including Seattle, Tacoma, and Portland. Keith has more than 20 years of experience in the investment industry with firms that include Key Private Bank, Victory Capital Management, Cooper Mountain Trust, and Arthur Andersen & Co. Keith received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

David Gesseck joined HighMark Capital Management in 1999. As senior portfolio manager, David is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations and non-profit organizations. In addition, David oversees the investment and fiduciary activities of the regional portfolio managers in the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside areas. He is also a member of the Regional Investment Committee. David has more than 10 years of investment management experience. Prior to his current position at HighMark, he was a portfolio manager at Imperial Trust. David received a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

McGuinn joined HighMark Capital Management in 1992. As senior portfolio manager, Sean is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations and non-profit organizations. In addition, Sean oversees the investment and fiduciary activities of the regional portfolio managers in the Northern California region. Sean is also a member of the HighMark Regional Investment Committee. He has more than 17 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining HighMark, Sean was a financial planner for Lincoln Financial and Insurance Services Corp. Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Economics from Santa Clara University. In addition, he is CFA charterholder.

Cori Seiler joined HighMark Capital Management in 1991. Cori is responsible for investment strategy development and implementation on behalf of private and institutional clients. In this role, she participates in the development of new solutions and service enhancements. In addition, she coordinates with various professionals and departments to ensure optimal delivery of these solutions, and works closely with sales professionals and senior portfolio managers to develop client relationships. Cori is a member of HighMark's Manager Review Committee and of the Regional Investment Committee. She has more than 18 years of experience in many facets of the investment management industry. Cori received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University at Los Angeles. She holds the Chartered MutualFund Counselor designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Andrew Brown joined HighMark Capital Management in 1997. As senior portfolio manager, Andrew is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. In addition, he is a member of HighMark's Manager Review Committee and Union Bank of California's Retirement Services Investment Committee. Andrew has more than 14 years of experience in the investment industry. Prior to joining HighMark, Andrew's work experience included three years as a Japanese Equity Specialist at Wako Securities (America). Andrew received a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, concentrating in Asia-Politics/Economy, from the University of Southern California, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance/Marketing from the University of Southern California. In addition, Andrew is a CFA charterholder.

Delbert Chang joined HighMark Capital Management in 1997. As senior portfolio manager, Delbert is responsible for managing discretionary assets on behalf of high-net-worth investors, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Delbert has more than 11 years of investment management experience and more than 8 years of trust administration experience with such companies as Northern Trust of California, Trust Services of America, and Sanwa Bank. Delbert received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Oregon State University. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Furthermore, Delbert earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Scott Mlinarich joined HighMark Capital Management in 2006. As senior portfolio manager, Scott is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Scott has more than 24 years of investment management experience. Prior to joining HighMark, Scott spent 11 years as a managing director with Wells Capital Management in San Francisco. Scott received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics at the College of Notre Dame in Belmont, California.

Bruce Wetter joined HighMark Capital Management in 2008. As portfolio manager, Bruce is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of individual investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Bruce has more than 19 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining HighMark, Bruce was a Private Bank relationship manager at our parent company, Union Bank of California, where he provided a broad range of wealth management solutions to high- net-worth business owners, professional service firms and individuals. Prior to this position, Bruce was a senior branch credit officer at Bank Hapoalim. Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Jose State University, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the Graduate School of Banking and Finance at Golden Gate University. In addition, Bruce is a Certified Financial Planner®.

Steve Finnigan joined HighMark Capital Management in April 1997. As senior portfolio manager, Steve is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations and non-profit organizations. Steve is also a member of HighMark's Regional Investment Committee. He has more than 39 years of investment management experience with firms that include Puget Sound Bank, First Interstate and Wells Fargo. In addition to regional portfolio management functions, he has served as director of research. Steve received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Washington and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School. He also earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation from the Cannon Financial Institute. In addition, he participated in continuing education programs at the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and the University of Virginia in Charlottesville.

Mike Kaiser joined HighMark Capital Management in 2004. As senior portfolio manager, Mike is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations and non-profit organizations. He has more than 27 years of investment management experience in personal trust and investment management, including 13 years with Wells Fargo/First Interstate Bank of Oregon. Mike received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Portland State University. In addition, Mike is CFA charterholder.

Christian joined HighMark in 2010. As a Sr. Portfolio Manager, he manages investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. Christian began his career in the investment industry in 2000 at Russell Investments. Prior to joining HighMark, Christian served as the Chief Investment Officer at BECU Trust Company. Christian earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, and Master of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. In addition, Christian is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Society of Seattle.

Bob Adams joined HighMark Capital Management in 2000. As senior portfolio manager, Bob is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, pensions, foundations, and non-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Union Bank of California Retirement Services Investment Committee. Bob has more than 21 years of experience in the industry. Most recently, Bob was senior portfolio manager at Palley-Needelman Asset Management. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Southern California. In addition, he is a CFA charterholder and earned the Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designation from the College for Financial Planning.

Tom Cheo joined HighMark Capital Management in 2000. As senior portfolio manager, Tom is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, retirement plans, foundations, and non-profit organizations. In addition, Tom is a member of the Union Bank of California Retirement Services Investment Committee. He has more than 28 years of experience in the investment management business. He began his career as a portfolio manager/research analyst at Hawaiian Trust Company. Most recently, Tom was a partner with Norman L. Yu & Company, a private investment management company in Newport Beach. Tom received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and did post graduate work in accounting at the University of Hawaii.

In his position as portfolio manager, Ahmed is responsible for managing discretionary assets on behalf of corporate trust, private wealth and personal trust clients. He has more than six years of experience in the financial services industry with firms that include Nicholas Applegate Capital Management, Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. Ahmed received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, with one year of studies at the University of Reading, United Kingdom. He earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. In addition, Ahmed is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Margy Klyce joined HighMark Capital Management in 2004. As senior portfolio manager, Margy is responsible for managing investment portfolios on behalf of high-net-worth investors, trusts, and non-profit organizations. Margy has more than 20 years of investment management experience with firms that include Bank of America and its predecessor, Security Pacific. She is also a member of Union Bank of California's Trust Investment Committee. Margy received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Redlands. In addition, Margy earned a Certified Private Banking & Investment Specialist designation from the Cannon Financial Institute.

Prior to joining HighMark, Mike was a senior portfolio manager at JPMorgan in Oklahoma City where he managed more than $650 million in assets. He has more than 11 years of investment management experience. Mike received a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelors of Music degree from Oklahoma City University. He also holds the following designations: Chartered Financial Analyst, Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst, Chartered Market Technician, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Don Lord joined HighMark Capital Management in 1999 after three years with HighMark's parent company, Union Bank of California. As senior portfolio manager, Don is responsible for managing assets for high-net-worth investors, trusts, pensions, foundations, and non-profit organizations. He is also a member of the Bank's Trust and Investment Committee. Don has more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining HighMark, he was a financial analyst for the Bank's employee benefit reporting and performance unit. Don received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Diego State University.
